Shenyang Jinfeng, founded in October 1993 has always been committed to the research and development, production, and sales of the key consumable spare parts for large-scale extrusion granulation equipment. Shenyang Jinfeng owns 3 wholly-owned subsidiaries: Shenyang Jinfeng Special Cutting Tools Co. Ltd., Shenyang Jinfeng Science and Technology Holdings Co. Ltd., Shenyang Jinfeng Special Equipment Co. Ltd. And we are developing to a group company.

Shenyang Jinfeng is the manufacturing enterprises in the petrochemical granulation equipment spare parts field. It has established long-term and stable business cooperation with PetroChina, Sinopec, CNOOC, Coal Chemical, Formosa Plastics Group, and other domestic and foreign large and medium-sized chemical enterprises.

Shenyang Jinfeng main products: pelletizing knife; granulation die plate; knife holder; insulation sealing gasket, pneumatic resin saws, clutch friction. It also provides the design, manufacture and maintenance service of the granulating die plate, pelletizing knife, knife holder, the gear pump, and the oil heating system.

Company growth

In 1992, the Institute of Metal Research of the Chinese Academy of Sciences and the Institute of Strength Physics and Materials Science of the Russian Academy of Sciences signed a letter of intent to establish a joint venture.
In 1993 Sino-Russian Joint Venture Fund Special Tool Co., Ltd. was formally registered.
In 1994, China and Russia jointly launched the company’s equipment installation, commissioning personnel training and product trial production.
In 1995 “Metal-Ceramic Insert Cutting Knife” won the national patent and was successfully tested and reached the advanced level of similar foreign products.
In 1996, the new-type granulation template obtained the Chinese national patent.
In 1997 cermet pelletizer won the gold medal of the 6th China New Technology Products Expo.
In 1998 Sinopec Materials and Equipment Department approved Jinfeng Company to become a formal member of Sinopec’s spare parts resource market.
In 1999 The research and application project of cermet composite pelletizer won the third prize of scientific and technological progress in Liaoning Province.
In 2000 New metal ceramic composite material granulation template was successfully tested.
In 2001, the new plastic granulation template was rated as a national key new product by five ministries and commissions including the Ministry of Science and Technology of China.
In2002 Jinfeng Company passed ISO9001 quality management system certification.

In 2003, the 200,000-ton polypropylene pelletizing mold was successfully operated. It was included in the domestic equipment development plan of Sinopec’s major equipment and the national science and technology innovation plan of small and medium-sized enterprises and won the second prize of Liaoning science and technology progress.
In 2005 Obtained a patent for titanium carbide cermet and structure welding process.
In 2007, the patent for the follow-up cutter head for pelletzing was obtained.
In 2008, Jinfeng Company was responsible for the manufacture and production of granulating templates and pelletizing knives for large-scale 200,000-ton compounding extrusion granulators.
In 2010, Jinfeng undertook the manufacturing and supporting tasks of pelletizing templates and pelletizing knives in a large-scale compounding extrusion pelletizing unit for a 20-inch polypropylene device in China, and successfully tested them.
In 2012, Jinfeng undertook the manufacturing and supporting tasks of pelletizing dies and cutters in a large-scale compounding and extruding and granulating unit project of 100,000 tons, 150,000 tons of polypropylene and 250,000 tons of high-density polyethylene produced in China. The trial was successful.
In 2012, Jinfeng Company designed and manufactured a large-scale polypropylene extrusion granulator template for Tianjin Zhongsha Petrochemical Corporation with a unit production capacity of 450,000 tons.
In 2013, Jinfeng Company moved its production base to Shenyang Economic and Technological Development Zone, covering an area of 5,000 square meters.
In 2014, he obtained a patent for an underwater pelletizing system for a large-scale plastic extrusion granulation unit.
In 2015, two patents were obtained for a special-shaped knife for pelletizing and a follow-up knife for pelletizing. In the same year, the total contract amount hit a record high, exceeding 50 million.
