Product description
JINFENG manufactures underwater pelletizer die plates for extrusion pelletizing. The plate design is developed around the resin grade, granulation process and operating conditions of the production line.
Numerical simulation and finite element analysis support the design of hot runners, melt passages, die holes, insulation structures, cutting areas and the plate body.
Steam or thermal oil heating
The existing range uses steam at pressures up to 6 MPa or thermal oil at temperatures up to 300 °C. Heating requirements are considered with the process conditions when the die plate is designed.

Shenyang Jinfeng Granulation Die Plate Achievement Display
With the continuous improvement of the production capacity of single-machine granulation equipment in petrochemical enterprises, the diameter of granulation die plate gradually increased. In order to meet the market demand, the granulation die plate produced by Jinfeng Company for the domestic large granulation unit has been put into use in 2016 and has achieved one-off success.

Zhongtian Hechuang’s 300,000-ton LLDPE is currently a large-scale linear low-density polyethylene production line in China. The pelletizing unit is independently designed, produced and installed in China, and the die plate and cutter head are designed and manufactured by Jinfeng Company.
