Yanshan Petrochemical is a large-scale petrochemical complex in China, with 88 sets of production equipment and 71 sets of auxiliary equipment, which can produce 120 varieties of petrochemical products with 494 brands.
⑴The crude oil processing capacity exceeds 10 million tons/year.
On June 22, 2007, the 10 million tons/year refinery system transformation project achieved a successful start-up.
So far, Yanshan Petrochemical has become the first domestic European Ⅳ standard clean refined oil production base.
In ten years, the road of oil quality upgrading that western developed countries have gone through in twenty years has been completed.
(2) The ethylene production capacity exceeds 900,000 tons per year (including the wholly-owned subsidiary Oriental Petrochemical). Among the main products, synthetic resin, synthetic rubber, and phenol acetone are one of the largest domestic producers.
⑶ Yanshan branch always insists on taking technological progress as the guide and serving customers as the purpose. 12 categories of products including gasoline, polyethylene, polypropylene.
And butadiene rubber has won the National Quality Product Award many times, and 14 products have been named “Beijing Famous Brand Products”.
Yanshan branch vigorously promoted technological progress, and took the lead in the domestic petrochemical industry to carry out two rounds of ethylene transformation, and embarked on a path of system optimization and content development.
The company has a batch of its own technologies that have reached the domestic advanced level, 368 scientific and technological achievements have passed the appraisal of the ministry and city level, and 269 technical achievements have obtained patent rights at home and abroad, and created a precedent for the export of complete sets of petrochemical technologies in my country.
