The so-called capacity expansion is based on the fact that the template does not change the original installation geometry, by increasing the number of holes and aperture of the template to increase production, increase the opening rate of the template, and reduce the resistance of the template. Generally, if the number of holes is increased by 10%, the pressure can be reduced by 5%; if the hole diameter is enlarged by 10%, the pressure of the template can be reduced by more than 10%; by increasing the number of holes and the number of cutters, the specific energy consumption can be reduced by 0.008kw.h / kg The specific energy consumption of general polyolefins is 0.14-0.26kw.h / kg.
