The transformation is mainly aimed at the large-scale plastic extrusion granulation die plate heated by steam.
The advanced numerical simulation technology is used to analyze the flow field, temperature field and pressure field of the template heating medium.
According to this, the hot oil flow path, mold hole, heat insulation layer structure, granulation belt and new material selection of template matrix are optimized, and the new template is manufactured on the basis of not changing its original installation geometry size.


At the same time, a set of circulating system and control system suitable for granulation die plate heating with heat-transfer oil is designed to realize the integration of granulation die plate and heat-transfer oil circulating electric heating system and automatic control.
After heating with heat-transfer oil, not only the problems that affect the heating effect, opening rate and cutting quality of the formwork due to the low accuracy and large fluctuation of the steam heating temperature control can be solved, but also the stable control of the formwork heating temperature can be ensured, the opening rate of the formwork is high, the cutting effect is good, and the comprehensive thermal energy benefit can be improved.
The improved heating system adapts to the production of polyethylene products with a more extensive melt index (MFI = 0.2 ~ 50), and improves its comprehensive energy consumption efficiency to 30-50%.
